TAYROC OFFER A HASSLE FREE RETURNS POLICY
Any new item can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days.
In the un-likely circumstance you are not content with your purchase you may return the parcel to us in secure and protected packaging for a refund or exchange within the above guidelines. Currently you are responsible for returning your item to us, this will be changed very soon offering free returns to all of our customers. Lastly, we highly recommend that all customers insure their returning parcels as couriers have been known to lose parcels in transit.
WHAT DO I DO?
Firstly, fill in our returns form which is downloadable here. If you're unable to print this form, include a handwritten note detailing your order number, and what you want to be exchanged/refunded.
Then ship the item back to us and await a quick response from our customer service team who will handle this with pleasure and process either the exchange or your refund.
To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your watch or jewellery item as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, ask yourself the following questions:
- Is the item working perfectly?
- Is it in good condition?
If your answer to either question is "no" then the watch or jewelry item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once it is worn or sized or the tags/factory tape has been removed, Tayroc will not accept the returned item.
What if you notice a mechanical problem after the watch or jewellery item has been sized and/or worn?
In such cases, Tayroc will do its best to repair or replace the item under our extensive two-year Tayroc Warranty.
In short, Tayroc cannot replace or refund a watch or jewellery item when:
- The watch or jewellery item has been worn
- The tags/factory tape has been removed
- The product has been sized
