Orders placed after 14:00 (2pm) GMT on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on Monday. 

We may hold deliveries if we think the address is incomplete, we will always email you to check this and will dispatch the same day you confirm or correct your address.

Note: Economy delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (Christmas, New Year etc). If you need an item quickly, our premium shipping is extremely reliable year-round.

Import Tax:

Due to us shipping from the UK the import tax for any country (including the EU) on products ordered are the buyer's responsibility and we cannot be held responsible if the delivery is refused and destroyed for this reason.

Any new item can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days.  


To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your watch or item as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, ask yourself the following questions:

  • Is the item working perfectly?
  • Is it in good condition?

If your answer to either question is "no" then the watch or item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once it is worn or sized or the tags/factory tape has been removed, Tayroc will not accept the returned item.

What if you notice a mechanical problem after the watch or jewellery item has been sized and/or worn?

In such cases, Tayroc will do its best to repair or replace the item under our extensive two-year Tayroc Warranty.

In short, Tayroc cannot replace or refund a watch or jewellery item when:

  • The watch or jewellery item has been worn
  • The tags/factory tape has been removed
  • The product has been sized

Items in our sample sale can only be offered for an exchange or store credit.
