Tayroc Returns

  • Email support@tayroc.com, explaining the reason for the return and including your Order Number in the email.
  • We will reply with a request for info, return address or return shipping label within 24 hours
  • We may request evidence of the issue, request you obtain a quote to fix the issue locally (at our cost), or ask you to dispose of items (at Tayroc’s discretion), before assessing the return.
  • Once the return has been approved, please write your name and order number on a piece of paper, and place this in your returning package. Failure to include your order number in the return shipment will lead to
    severe delays in processing your return.
  • Return the product(s) to the address specified.
  • All items must be securely packaged and must be shipped using recorded post or a tracked and insured courier service. Tayroc will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft or damage caused in return transit.
  • Change of mind returns must be returned in original unused condition, with all original packaging, protective films and hang tags. If these conditions are not met, the return will be refused, and the item will be returned to the buyer.
  • Returns will only be honoured within 14 days of receipt of the item, unless the return comes under the terms of the Tayroc 2-year Limited Warranty. This warranty is extensive, but does not cover damage to straps, pins, glass breakages, water damage, damage from misuse, user error or other accidental damage or wear-and-tear issues.   • Tayroc reserves the right to extend, amend or modify this policy without prior notice.

CHRISTMAS 2020 POLICY

Products purchased in the months of November and December have our standard 14 day return period for refund or exchange.

An additional 14 days refund period from Christmas, to January 8th will allow you to return your purchase for a full refund to gift card.

EXCHANGES

Change of mind exchanges will be offered for 14 days from date of delivery - items must be returned in accordance with the returns policy above.

Once Tayroc has checked the items, an email will be sent to you at your registered email address, approving the exchange, or explaining the reason(s) for refusal.

If the customer wishes to exchange their item for an item of a different price, the price difference will be refunded or charged as necessary.

Correctly returned products will be processed within 3 working days from date of delivery at our warehouse. The exchange item will then be sent to you at our expense.

Incorrectly returned products that do not meet the terms of our returns policy will be returned to you at our expense.

We reserve the right to offer alternative replacements or refunds when stock is not available to offer a like-for-like replacement. We also reserve the right to refuse exchanges at management discretion.

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. They must be in original as-new condition, with the order number enclosed, and with any hangtags, protective films and labels still attached. Incorrectly returned
products that do not meet the terms of this policy will be returned to you at our expense.

All correctly returned products will be refunded to the original card/account used. Depending on payment method and bank, a refund will normally be processed in 7-10 working days after authorisation.

Refund processing and authorisation can take up to 3 working days plus shipping. In the case of “Change of Mind” refunds, any shipping fees are final and will not be refunded.

Returns are at your cost and are your responsibility whilst in transit - until received by us. We advise you to use a recorded postal service or tracked courier as Tayroc will not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage caused in return transit.

When returning goods purchased using a discount or offer or as a bundle, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer/bundle thresholds or conditions, as that discount or offer would no longer apply. In this
case, the customer is entitled to an explanation of how this adjustment was calculated, which will be supplied by email. In case of dispute, Tayroc management’s decision will be final.
